CADPRO
Inc. is a Small, Woman Owned, Manufacturer, dedicated to DoD and
Prime Contractor procurement systems. Our strength is in manufacturing
Spare parts for Existing Equipment, to Customer Specs and Drawings.
Since 1985 we have supplied materials in 147 different Federal Supply
Classes. We have fulfilled over 3000 DoD contracts & purchase
orders. We have shipped 300,000 to 400,000 parts, mostly on time
or early and still maintain a record of “Zero failures in
the field”. Our current “rate of return” (parts
returned to us, from any customer, for any reason) is 0.004% (cumulative
since 1985).
We
occupy 9,000 square feet, located in Clementon, NJ, with 10 employees.
We manufacture Machined parts and Mechanical assemblies, Sheet metal
parts and assemblies, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Tubing and Hose assemblies,
Steel Rule Die Cut Gaskets & Seals, Cable & Harness assemblies,
and some Printed Circuit cards (Through Hole Technology, not Surface
Mount Technology). We have successfully Reverse Engineered several
obsolete items for the US Navy, USMC, and USCG. We have also done
Proto-Type and Industrial Automation projects for Timex, GE Switch
Div., Merck Pharmaceuticals, Baxter Pharmaceuticals, Caterpillar,
the Franklin Institute and many others. We take Quality seriously
and our system is outstanding.
 Our
niche has been our ability to compete and deliver on small quantities,
yet we will not bypass larger quantities. Our Quality Control systems
are to Mil-I-45208 and DoD modified ISO 9000. We are very comfortable
with DoD drawing formats, Specs & Standards. Inspection and
test equipment are calibrated on a regular basis, I/A/W Mil-Std
45662. In house testing capabilities include Hydraulics to 6000psi,
Pneumatics through standard compressor ranges, or 6000psi using
Nitrogen, and a “common variety” of Electronic and Mechanical
test and measurement equipment.
